Co-Founder of Strategy & Studio Haus
Erin-Ashley is a dynamic business strategist dedicated to unlocking potential and achieving lasting success. With over 12 years of experience guiding both start-ups and large-scale companies, she specializes in driving growth, building resilient brands, and creating strategies that maximize impact.
She is passionate about empowering leaders to shift their mindset, embrace innovation, and approach challenges with confidence.

Having generated over $300 million dollars in real estate sales, Erin-Ashley blends practical expertise with motivational approaches to equip her clients with tools for both financial and personal growth. She spearheads transformative initiatives that focus on operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable business models.
Guided by her belief that mindset is the foundation of success, she teaches individuals how to align vision with strategy to create powerful results.
Erin-Ashley is also a thought leader who develops programs, workshops, and content that inspire action and empower others to rewrite their success stories.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion from Western University, ensuring her coaching is rooted in inclusive leadership.
Tychon Carter-Newman
Co-Founder of Strategy & Studio Haus
Tychon Carter-Newman is the co-founder of Strategy Haus and a content creator who has partnered with hundreds of brands, including some of the biggest names in the world.
Through his work, he has helped entrepreneurs, creators, and organizations tell their stories in ways that connect with audiences, grow their influence, and drive meaningful results.
Recognized as the first Black winner of Big Brother Canada and a competitor on The Amazing Race Canada, Tychon has turned his platform into a space for elevating others.
His approach blends storytelling with strategy, empowering people to share their message with confidence, authenticity, and impact. Beyond his brand collaborations, he continues to support communities through speaking, coaching, and mentorship, helping others transform their stories into influence and purpose.
Tychon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from McGill University. His studies in economics gave him a deep understanding of human behavior, decision-making, and systems of value, while his graduate research focused on culture, community, and the design of environments that shape human experience.
This academic foundation complements his creative work, allowing him to merge strategy with storytelling in a way that resonates across industries and audiences.
